Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on the destination and order details.

Shipping charges are calculated and shown before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact us immediately at inkanatural66@gmail.com if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Inka Natural LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been transferred to the carrier.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Contact us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
