Return & Refund Policy
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements, capsules, drops, powders, or other wellness products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or had their safety seal removed.
To request a return, contact us at inkanatural66@gmail.com before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, leaking, expired, or if you received the wrong product.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when approved, offer a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Inka Natural is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken or removed safety seals
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale products
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at inkanatural66@gmail.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at inkanatural66@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return conditions above.
